SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am to 7pm. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are sometimes arranged. For small items or accessories, we use a standard Royal Mail delivery service, for bigger orders we using the Hermes courier service. 

The following time estimates from date of order to date of delivery. These estimates are to assist you with planning and do not form part of our contract to you.

  •  In Stock Accessories & Bedding -  Standard Delivery: 3-4 working days. 

  • Courier ( Bigger items)  2-3 Working days. 

  • Made to order Accessories & Bedding: 7-10 working days including delivery time.

  • Out of stock Accessories & Bedding: 7-10 working days including delivery time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Flints Den Accessories, bedding, and small item returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price or repaired for resale. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you return are insured as Flints Den cannot be held responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

CANCELLATION

If you place your order online or by mail order, distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel at any time up to seven days after receiving your goods (these terms do not apply to made to order or personalised orders). All mail order or online order cancellations must be made in writing to the following address and received within the seven day time frame. Verbal or email cancellations cannot be accepted. If we have to collect items you will incur a collection charge. We strongly recommend that you are present at the time of delivery.

COMPLAINS

If when you receive your order the packaging is either damaged or you believe it has been tampered with, do NOT sign for the delivery without the postman making a record of the damage, as this means we can not claim for loss. If you accept a damaged parcel, we cannot replace any of the contents free of charge. Defective or damaged goods must be reported to Soapwell within 24 hours of delivery:

PRIVACY

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect is your contact details supplied at the time of ordering or requesting information. We collect information and at no time are any of your details passed onto a third party. We may at times use this information to inform you of special offers and promotions.
